Willemen includes 八吉祥經 T430 in a list of thirteen texts ascribed to Guṇabhadra by Sengyou in CSZJJ. He cites further details about the translation from Zhisheng's KYL T2154:55.528b231-22. He also suggests that the text “may be of Gandhāran Mahāsāṅghika origin”. He argues that the Taishō attribution to 僧伽婆羅 (which he reconstructs as Saṅghavarman) is erronous. Willemen also notes that Sengyou includes a postface which Willemen regards as ascribing T430 to Guṇabhadra; T2145:55.68a2-8.
