This User's Manual describes operation of the TACL GUI, and typical workflows when using it for typical research problems. It also gives a conceptual overview of the way TACL works (including TACL as it is used via the GUI), and provides examples and hands-on exercises so that users can train themselves to use the GUI. The User's Manual should be used in conjunction with the TACL Methods Guide. The User's Manual is also included in the downloadable TACL GUI starter kit.
