[Ho 2016]  Ho, Chiew Hui. “Imagining the Beginnings of the Cult of the Diamond Sutra.” International Journal for the Study of Chan Buddhism and Human Civilization 1 (2016): 5-36. — 13-14

According to Ho, T2739 was based upon the Dunhuang manuscript S. 2068, and identified as the commentary on the Diamond Sutra compiled by Tang Xuanzong. Ho cites work by Mugitani Kunio 麦谷邦夫. Ho also mentions that a version of the same text is preserved in the stone canon at Fangshan, with a colophon that shows it was engraved in 742.
